MY STORY
Joia Danai is a natural-born talent. Her passion for entertainment arts began as a child when she performed in school plays, sang in the choir, and participated in talent shows. In 2013, she decided to take a leap of faith and submit for her first audition and was cast as the lead in 'Relationship Games', a web series written by popular YouTuber SpokenReasons.
Joia has been cast in various roles since then. Most recently, you'll find her as Sasha in 'Open Luv,' directed by Reuben Johnson and streaming on Tubi (2023).

In 2014, Joia developed an interest in writing short films. Her short screenplay 'Functioning' was chosen as a Finalist at the Oil Valley Film Festival (2022) and the California Women's Film Festival (2023). Her short film 'Take 3', which she also produced and starred in, won Best New Media at the Women's Only Entertainment Film Festival (2017).
